Old Rectory Kitchen

This is a real cross breed of traditional and contemporary design. It has a flat panel style with small classic mouldings. The rounded corners on the cabinetry lend a softness to the kitchen and the curved cornice running along the top makes for a flowing natural feel to the cabinetry.

As the name of this design suggests, it is well suited to period properties with taller ceilings. This is a truly beautiful home with well proportioned rooms and lots of light flooding in from the large leaded windows. The wide oak floorboards really lift the white cabinetry giving this kitchen a clean and classic look.

The design was continued into the utility and boot room. The cupboards were built to be in keeping with the entire look of the space.

"We are thrilled with the kitchen, it not only looks good, but it really works. Guild Anderson put in huge attention to detail and your experience really shows through. The appliances selected are superb (I absolutely love the hot water tap!) and the quality of the workmanship was excellent. I regret the few things that I didn’t follow your advice on (the skirting boards!)."
