Although Hampshire it is classed as a county in the South East we feel it is very much a part of the South West of England.

Full of inspiration, Hampshire is home to and incredible array of architecture, with rural areas that include two national parks: the New Forest and part of the South Downs, which together cover 45% of Hampshire.  The county town of Winchester boasts some of the counties finest architecture, whilst Southampton and Portsmouth are historical naval towns, more modern and commercial.

Noteable towns that sit close to the Solent include Lymington, Beaulieu and Brockenhurst, along with Southampton and Portsmouth.  Whilst further north Winchester, Alresford, Alton offer more rural and historical architecture.

Stately homes include The Vyne near Basingstoke with its Tudor origins, Bramshill House heralded as one of England’s greatest examples of a Jacobean prodigy house and Farnborough Hill which clearly takes influences from 16th-century Elizabethan and Neo-gothic architecture styles.  Somerely House is a grade II Georgian gem, and The Grange is an outstanding example of the Greek Revival style.

With so many architectural styles to influence and draw inspiration from, Guild Anderson has been fortunate to design bespoke kitchens and cabinetry throughout Hampshire.  It is a county blessed with some magnificent as well as more modest family homes.

We were originally commissioned to design the kitchen in our most recent Hampshire project, and then when our clients wanted to extend their entertaining space they approached us once again to create a truly unique bespoke cocktail bar, wall panelling and new kitchen dresser and seating area.  We are very proud of the service that we offer to our clients that they wish to return to us again and again as their houses evolve.
