Sometimes overlooked as an afterthought, once the budget has been apportioned to creating a dream kitchen; the laundry room is the quiet dependable oasis that makes everything else work.
Our aim, as with any project, is to create a laundry room design that honours the quiet grace of the period architecture of the home, while introducing discreet functionality; cupboards that conceal linen, store ironing essentials, or household items.
Housing the appliances that can take up space in your kitchen, they allow for a more open plan kitchen-diner and family living space without all the practical noisy equipment.
As laundry rooms are often more compact spaces; there is even more emphasis on bespoke design that allows for efficient areas for washing, folding, ironing as well as storing cleaning equipment, ironing boards, vacuum cleaners. Piles of laundry can look untidy so the right storage is vital for creating a streamlined tidy space.

Extra requirements can stretch to clothes drying racks, slatted shelves for airing cupboards, laundry bins, dog wash, dog beds, access to the outside; and cabinet doors can hide the bulky washing machine and tumble dryer when not in use.
