We’re delighted to announce that Wes Kangurs, previously the Managing Director of David Salisbury Joinery, has joined us in the role of Operations Director.
Wes had been with David Salisbury for 12 years, the last six of these as Managing Director, during which he led the company’s advance into the high end kitchen market. Before taking on the senior position, he was the company’s Operations Director and Head of Manufacturing.
We have seen significant demand since 2022, almost doubling the number of projects we’ve taken on since 2022. Wes joins us at an important stage in our expansion to improve efficiency throughout the business as we continue to evolve. Having started started his career as a joiner, Wes knows his way around a workshop and has a wealth of experience in both operations and manufacturing.
“We’re really excited to have Wes with us. He is very experienced in high quality joinery manufacturing and management, with the bonus of once having been a bench joiner. He has a deep understanding of all levels of the business we are building”, Nick Anderson commented.
